To provide looked after children a variety of suitably matched placements to meet the diverse needs of the individual child, providing them quality care in a nurturing family environment.
Our Vision
To improve the lives of looked after children/young people ensuring they have the same opportunities as every other child.
To become specialists providing appropriate family placements for children/young people from a range of diverse, ethnic and cultural backgrounds, particularly Black and Asian communities.
Our Goal
Plus One Fostering will continue to work in partnership with children, families, foster carers and statutory bodies ensuring the positive outcomes for all children/young people in our care.
We remain to be forward thinking constantly creating new innovative services for children/young people, continuously evaluating current practices and procedures. We will continue to identify business opportunities, which influence growth generating additional income improving profitability.
As an independent fostering agency, we remain at the forefront of the sector maintaining a positive public image, providing a high quality services to Local Authorities, foster carers, families and most important children/young people.
