At Plus one we feel that working in partnership is imperative in supporting both the child and carers. We are a small agency which enables us to have a personal approach providing extra support, advice and training, but more importantly continuity between the staff and carers giving the children / young person a greater sense of security.

It is with this work ethic Plus One are able to ensure that both the child and carer are provided with the required amount of support and training to enable them to fulfil their potential, resulting in placements being more successful and enjoyable.
